The California Milk Processor Board is threatening to sue PETA over their "Got Pus?" anti-dairy campaign. When I first read the story here, it sounded like the milk board was upset over the allegations that milk available in supermarkets contained unsafe levels of blood and pus. An expanded version of the story suggests that the dairy dorks might be upset about the claims, but not to the point where they'd want to be challenged in a court of law - the potential suit appears to cover trademark infringement only.
