Advertisers keep sinking

by Jason on December 15, 2002

This most probably came from Arcticfox, but I can’t get to my submissions right now, which means I’ll correct it if I’m wrong when I post the rest of them tomorrow morning. Behold the “new era of advertising“! Sadly, they’re not going away, but rather, they’re taking on new forms, like the dogvert, which, depending on how your brain works, is pretty much what it sounds: an advertisement on a dog. They did a trial with messages painted right on the dog, but that didn’t work out for some reason, so now the dogs wear special coats with logos on them. Advertising is a growing problem these days, do we really need to add animals to the exploitation list? Do you think the name is close enough for (rumoured vegetarian) Scott Adams to shut it down?
